Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. The living area has a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Towels and bed linen are provided.

With two bathrooms, groups and families do not have to queue in the morning. One bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment is reached by lift to the 9th floor and is step-free inside. The kitchen has a cooker and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker, with cookware, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table for group meals, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, a hair dryer and heating, and Wi-Fi and a TV in the living area. For work trips and longer stays, the laundry and kitchen save eating out every night.

Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM. You collect the keys from a nearby shop using a code sent before arrival, and your arrival details include a check-in video and the house manual. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, and you return the keys to the same shop. Early arrival or late departure may be possible by arrangement at £10 per hour, so message us before you travel.

Secure underground parking is available about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It is booked in advance with your reservation, with no extra charge, and has 24-hour access. The maximum vehicle height is 1.9 metres. Parking instructions and access details are sent once your booking and parking are confirmed. Select parking when you book or message us before arrival.
